Melbourne-made chilli condiment Bippi has teamed up with South Australia’s Ambra Spirits to launch a limited-edition Spicy Limoncello Spritz Cocktail Kit to spice up aperitivo hour.
The special collaboration kit marries the authentic, bold flavours of Bippi Chilli with the sweetness of Ambra Limoncello to offer a spicy twist on the classic spritz cocktail.
The kit contains the essential ingredients to craft this fiery citrus mix at home, including limited edition Bippi Chilli Salt, Ambra Limoncello and chilli-infused dried fruit to garnish. Also included is a jar of Bippi Italian Style Hot Chilli to spice up your culinary creations, and a recipe for Limoncello Chilli Vongole.
Both Bippi and Ambra were founded by Italian Australians with the aim to celebrate their heritage by sharing family traditions. Ben Circosta, founder of Bippi Foods, grew up with his Nonna Emilia’s Calabrian-style chilli, dubbed Bippi, on the family table. Similarly, Ambra co-founder Peppe Fusco was inspired by his grandparents’ homemade limoncello recipe from their Amalfi Coast origins.
