Former Accolade Sales Director Simon Durrant has been appointed Managing Director of Campari Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands.
Durrant was most recently General Manager, ANZ & South Africa for Clorox, where he was responsible for category growth, innovation and driving its core business across the region.
Prior to this, Durrant held senior sales and national business management positions with 20th Century Fox, Diageo and Accolade Wines.
Campari’s Managing Director APAC, Franco Peroni, said: “Simon has rich experience in aligning organisations to strategic growth agendas, creating incremental value from the customer base and in creating a sustainable competitive advantage. He is recognised for making a positive impact on culture, leadership teams and business results and we look forward to him joining Campari Australia’s executive team.”
Durrant will join Campari Australia on July 2, 2018, and will be located in its Sydney office.
David Halliday resigned as Managing Director Australia & New Zealand of Campari on December 22, 2017.
