Champagne Lallier Réflexion R.020 Australian launch
Last night, Champagne Lallier invited trade to partake in an intimate champagne dinner commemorating the Australian launch of the R.020, the 10th cuvée of the Réflexion collection.
The event, which was hosted at the White Bay Power Station as part of the Biennale of Sydney, included a four-course meal curated by Martinez Executive Chef Alex Wong, with each dish designed to pair to a different expression of Lallier Champagne. These included the Lallier reflexión R.020, Lallier Blanc de Noirs, Lallier Millésimé 2014, and the Lallier Ouvrage Grand Cru.
