Highland Park x Barrel & Batch single cask launch event
Yesterday, Highland Park and Barrel & Batch hosted an intimate lunch and whisky tasting to celebrate the launch of the Highland Park Single Cask #3439, available exclusively through Barrel & Batch.
The tasting also included Highland Park’s 15 Year Old, 18 Year Old, and Cask Strength Release #3.
In addition to showcasing the whiskies, the lunch also shone light on the art of pairing whisky with food, with the two lower abv whiskies better suiting the lighter entree of squid and corn, while the two cask strength whiskies cut through the steak main course.
Cask #3439 is the third Highland Park single cask released in partnership with Barrel & Batch and is available exclusively here at an RRP of $199.
