ICEX Spanish Food & Beverage Open Day Australia
Yesterday, Drinks Trade attended the Spanish Food & Beverage Open Day 2024: Embracing Spain’s Gastronomic Spirit Down Under.
The event, which was hosted by the Institute for Foreign Trade of the Spanish Government (ICEX) in partnership with the Economic & Commercial Office of the Embassy of Spain in Australia, provided Australia’s food and drinks trade with the unique opportunity to sample the finest offerings from Spain.
Liquor industry related activities included a wine industry roundtable, hosted by Hopscotch Season’s Lea Margetic and featuring Beth Willard, Iain Sandler, and Javier Polo. Guests were also invited to a menu of wines and vermouths by Tablao Group and ISWine, along with beer by Estrella Damn and Cocktails by Licor 43.
