Hickson House Oyster Shell Gin launch

Last night, Hickson House hosted an exclusive event at its distillery and cocktail bar to celebrate the launch of its Oyster Shell gin. The event featured presentations from Founder Mikey Enright and Head Distiller Tim Stones.

To showcase the gin, a variety of mixed drinks options were on offer, namely gin & tonics and martinis, all of which were paired with freshly shucked Sydney Rock oysters.
