Jack Daniel’s Triple Mash Medley experience

On Wednesday, Drinks Trade attended the inaugural Jack Daniel’s Triple Mash Medley experience, a world-first event designed to showcase the influence that music has on taste perception.

Curated by Professor Charles Spence, the experience paired classic country instrumentation of acoustic guitar, fiddle, and double bass, with tasting notes of grassy herbs and peppery spice, rich toasted oak and deep caramel, and honeyed, toasted granola in a process known as ‘sonic seasoning.’
