Paramount Liquor's Future Proof Adelaide
Last night, Drinks Trade joined more than 350 members of South Australia’s hospitality trade in attending Paramount Liquor’s Future Proof Adelaide event.
In addition to panel discussions, the event offered an opportunity for brands to showcase products across categories as diverse as beer, wine, spirits, and mixers, and provided an invaluable opportunity for trade to connect and network.
“Our goal for Future Proof Adelaide was a night of new experiences and meaningful discussions - and I feel that was delivered,” said Nathan Rowe, CEO at Paramount Liquor.
“It was great to see the immersive brand experiences all our suppliers delivered from DJ set ups, inspiration for bars of the future and even a tattooist to remember the night for eternity. Guests left the event excited by what the future will bring”, commented Nathan Rowe, CEO Paramount Liquor.
The first panel, ‘Future Proof Your Brand,’ saw Bygrave joined by Co-Founder and Brand Director of Never Never Gin Sean Baxter, and Cara Devine, Bar Owner, Drinks author and communicator from Behind the Bar.
The second panel followed the theme of ‘Future Proof Our Industry’ and will feature award winning Maybe Mae bartender Nick Corletto and Sam Thornhill from Melbourne’s Bydri.
The final panel was centred around ‘Future Proof Adelaide’ and will include commentary from wine and restaurant professional Meira Harel, Co-Founder and CEO of the Big Easy Group Oliver ‘OJ’ Brown, and Founder of the Gonzo Group Jon Di Pinto.
The event also provided guests with the chance to trial the Paramount Passport, a newly designed mobile based experience created by Paramount Liquor. Guests were ale to scan this passport at each supplier stand and panel discussion to gain points towards winning a range of prizes.
