4 Pines Brewing Company is expanding its offering of beers and baked goods with the opening of three new venues in the next 12 months. The first is a new eatery under the existing BrewPub in Manly, which will open in spring, followed by a brewing facility dedicated to barrel-aged beers in Newport and a hub within the Glen Street Theatre in Belrose that will be dedicated to 4 Pines beer and homemade bread!

“4 Pines has come a long way since the BrewPub launched in 2007, with the Keller Door range, Space Beer, Truck Bar last year and now these three venues," Ged Dore from 4 Pines said. "We don’t want to do something new unless it’s an organic fit for our business and we’ve had the tick of approval from the local community. Barrel-aged beers are something we’ve been working on for years and they’re just starting to get talked about a bit more, so it’s great timing to be able to launch a venue that specialises in them.”

The new eatery, 4 Pines Manly Underground, will be open seven days a week, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the kitchen, will be 4 Pines Executive Chef, Rob de Paulo, who will be focusing on a produce-driven and seasonal menu.

Set to be the first of its kind in Australia, the 4 Pines Newport Barrelhouse will give the brewing team the opportunity to flex their creative flair and experiment with new barrel-aged recipes for the brand. Located on Barrenjoey Road, the team will be using wine and whisky barrels to trial new flavour profiles. By the time the venue launches in early summer, there will already be a range of barrel-aged beers available that have been aged for six to 24 months.

In 2017, 4 Pines will open a hub within the Glen Street Theatre, selling fresh bread from the brewery daily, as well as beer. Viewers to the theatre can also stop in for dinner and lunch, or even a coffee. 4 Pines Belrose will be open seven days a week from brunch to dinner.
