Brown Brothers and Gelato Messina's latest summer collaboration sees the two legendary Australian brands draw inspiration from each other with a new Moscato release and new gelato flavour.
Brown Brothers is releasing the Brown Brothers Limited Edition Strawberries & Cream Moscato inspired by Gelato Messina and made in a light and refreshing style and is alive with aromas of strawberries.
While Messina is revamping its popular Strawberries & Cream gelato inspired by Australia’s top selling white wine, Brown Brothers Moscato. The limited edition flavour will again be given away at several locations across Australia this summer.
Emma Brown, fourth generation Brown family member, says, “This year, we wanted the collaboration to reach new heights and celebrate both our specialities through releasing both a limited edition wine and gelato flavour,” says Emma.
“Strawberries & Cream and Moscato is the perfect summer combination, so as like-minded tastemakers - it was a no-brainer to join forces again to bring these flavours to life.”
Last year Messina create a limited edition gelato flavour using Brown Brothers Prosecco Rosé.
Gelato Messina Head Chef Donato Toce says, “We wanted the gelato to visually highlight the vibrancy of strawberries, with a flavour profile that balances Brown Brothers’ sweet, fruity Moscato with our creamy gelato.”

For those who fail to get their hands on a free scoop of gelato, the Limited Edition Strawberries & Cream Moscato-inspired gelato will be available in all Gelato Messina stores nationwide for one week from Saturday, 4 March.
