Treasury Wine Estates' new operating model commences on 1 July with three divisions responsible for the TWE wine portfolio: Treasury Premium Brands, Penfolds and Treasury Americas.

Treasury Premium Brands

Angus Lilley will lead the Treasury Premium Brands' Sales and Marketing teams in Australia and New Zealand as Chief Marketing Officer and General Manager Sales ANZ.

As Sales Director - Retail, Sarah Parkes becomes responsible for the retail sales team.

Steve Mirams will lead the On Premise and Cellar Door sales teams across the Treasury Premium Brands portfolio with this division to focus on leveraging a strong portfolio of consumer centric brands, coupled with a bold innovation focus to drive category growth. 

Treasury Wine Estates said, "It will focus its efforts on creating great experiences for both shoppers and consumers as it brings the pleasure of premium wine to more people on more occasions."

The divison's remit includes Australian brand favourites: Wynn’s, Pepperjack, Squealing Pig and 19 Crimes.

Penfolds

The Penfolds sales team will be led by

As General Manager ANZ, Michael Jackson (below left) will lead the retail teams along with Simon O’Donnell as Sales Director (below right) and Simon Carter as Director of On Premise and Global Travel Retail. 

The Penfolds tream is charged with elevating the brand from an Australian luxury wine business to a global luxury icon.  

Penfolds will engage consumers with the proposition of exciting and engaging experiences as they consume and collect through the portfolio.

The ambitions for the brand will be supported with world class marketing campaigns and partnerships, and activations informed by Penfolds insight-led understanding of the luxury wine consumer.

Treasury Wine Estates' new structure has been designed to create greater focus on the respective portfolios and drive sustainable growth. Both teams will continue to work closely with the premium wine producer’s customers and partners in Australia and New Zealand. 

Treasury Americas

Head of Treasury Americas, Ben Dollard will lead his team to capitalise on the premiumisation taking place across world markets, particularly in the US where the states of California, New York, Texas, Florida and Illinois are priorities.
