Fewell will take the lead in the company’s busy tour and tasting calendar, featuring 60 monthly masterclasses, experiences and events, including hosting the prestigious WSET® Level 2 Award in Spirits.
Harriet Leigh, Head of Hospitality, Archie Rose, said: “We are thrilled to have Geoff join the Archie Rose team and bring his calibre of experience and expertise to The Bar. His wealth of knowledge will be invaluable to our team, so we feel incredibly lucky to be working alongside him in his new role.”
Along with tours and tastings, Fewell will make use of his experience to mentor the bar service team, ensuring the Archie Rose guest experience is enjoyable for all visitors to The Bar.
A statement from Archie Rose said following Fewell’s appointment, which came into effect in late May, the company will expand their commercial team into key roles across national accounts, in-field key account management and export.
