The Australian Beer Company has announced a three-year partnership with the Australian Profession
Established in the NSW Riverina town of Yenda in 2013, Australian Beer Co. consists of a small team of brewers who celebrate only the finest local Australian produce in their beers. Both the culture and the brews at Australian Beer Co. are Aussie through and through, thus the partnership with the quintessential Australian golf experience was a natural fit.
Signing the partnership on behalf of Australian Beer Co., Sally Byrne explained, “There’s nothing better after a round of golf than a delicious, refreshing beer at the 19th hole. It’s woven into the fabric of Australian culture and we are proud to be part of this.”
The PGA of Australia will look to award-winning Australian Beer Co. to provide refreshment to both the fans and the tournament. Brian Thorburn, CEO of the PGA of Australia, said, “The Australian PGA Championship is a celebration of golf and we are proud to partner with Yenda, a local beer, to add to the festival feel of the tournament,”
“While we will be watching to see who collects the Joe Kirkwood Cup, Yenda and Pressman’s have already collected some silverware of their own. They’re clearly talented up-and-coming Aussies and we’re delighted to welcome them to our team.”
Yenda and Pressman’s will now begin their rollout of a series of activations in the lead up to the 2016 Australian PGA Championship.
The 2016 Australian PGA Championship will be held at RACV Royal Pines Resort from 1-4 December.
