BWS has signed on as the official liquor retail partner of the AFL for the next two years. The partnership is underpinned by a commitment from both organisations to celebrate great sporting moments with friends and family while drinking responsibly.

AFL Executive General Manager of Customer and Commercial, Kylie Rogers said, “In partnership with BWS, we are delighted to bring better value and an efficient option for footy fans to enjoy a drink responsibly with their family and friends while watching their favourite teams play week in, week out."

When the season commences, the BWS app will be populated with offer exclusive deals, and 30-minute pick-up for all orders placed via the app.

BWS General Manager of Marketing Josie Brown said: “BWS is excited to enter this partnership with the AFL and to better connect with footy fans watching the game at home. We celebrate the great tradition of socialising while watching the footy, and importantly this partnership will enable us to showcase weekly offers to fans within AFL media channels and through the BWS app.”

BWS is a partner of DrinkWise and says it remains committed to shaping a healthier and safer drinking culture in Australia.

The new partnership officially kicks off in March 2023 ahead of the 2023 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
