Australian winemakers have just over one week left to enter the Riverina Wine Show.

Now running for 40 years, the show seeks to recognise the excellence of ‘popular premium wines’ – those that are widely available to the general public.

Entrants are however, not limited to Riverina regional wines specifically and can submit wines from all over Australia, as long as they are widely distributed, with a production run of at least 45,000 litres.

This year’s entrants will be judged by a panel of wine experts headed by returning chair, Sophie Otton - an experienced wine writer, educator, and former Wine Director for Rockpool Bar and Grill group.

In total, the judges will be awarding 22 trophies to the finest wines within their style. Entry forms and on-line entry can be found at www.riverinawinemakers.com.au
