The company is expecting to launch CFB Europe Ltd. in May, this year.
“We are working hard to meet the time frame of May 1, but we must ensure that all processes and procedures are in place before we commence trading, and we are aware there are certain factors that may cause this to be delayed," Simon Lawson, General Manager for CFB Europe Ltd. said.
"Our priority is to ensure the business will transition seamlessly to CFB Europe and we are working closely with key stakeholders to achieve this.”
The new business will see an end to Casella's existing distribution arrangement for [yellow tail] in Great Britain with Percy Fox & Co.

"In light of the recent changes to its business structure, we believe that it is the right time to set up a local CFB subsidiary."
