Coca-Cola Amatil Limited (CCA) has announced that two individuals in senior management roles, including Group CFO and Managing Director of SPC, will be leaving the company in the next few months.
Ms. O’Sullivan, Group CFO, will step down from her role following completion of year-end processes and the February EGM, and will then continue to assist as required until the end of May.
Mr. Peter Kelly, Managing Director of SPC will also leave his role, finishing at the end of March 2015.
Ms. O’Sullivan joined Coca-Cola Amatil 10 years ago and began her role as Group CFO in 2010, while Mr. Kelly has been with Coca-Cola for over 25, working previously with Coca-Cola South Pacific before joining CCA in 1993.
CCA Chairman, Mr. David Gonski, paid tribute to both Ms. O’Sullivan and Mr. Kelly upon announcement of the changes to their roles.
