Coopers Alehouse is the first venue at Adelaide Airport to undergo a refurbishment as part of a multi-million dollar program to upgrade the food and beverage outlets in the terminal. The Alehouse first opened in 2005 when the new Adelaide Airport terminal also opened.
“It’s been almost 11 years since we opened the original Coopers Alehouse at the airport and we thought it was time for an update,” Coopers Sales and Marketing Director, Cam Pearce said. “We believe the new Coopers Alehouse will significantly enhance the customer experience.”
Visitors will now also be able to spend longer at Coopers Alehouse before departing with opening hours extended from 6am until 11pm.
Chief Operating Officer of Delaware North Companies Australia, the operating partner of the venues within the terminal, Kieran Fitzpatrick said, "The current airport terminal has been running for 11 years and the time has come to refresh our outlets."
Fitzpatrick said that trading has already increased at the Alehouse in the last week since the refurbishment was first unveiled.
“It’s an exciting design and will be a real drawcard for visitors to the airport, those waiting for flights and people waiting to meet passengers.”
