Surry Hills institution The Clock Hotel and Bombay Sapphire are collaborating with Sydney artist Sam Whiteside and design-driven creative studio Babekuhl on an immersive light and sound experience, RE-CLAIMED.
Running over five weeks, The Clock’s "Gin Garden" has been transformed into a never seen before piece of art, with RE-CLAIMED a testament to Bombay Sapphire's belief that true creativity comes from collaborating with cultural visionaries.
The brainchild of Babekuhl and artist Sam Whiteside, RE-CLAIMED is an audio-visual installation observing the tension between the self organising systems which human-kind creates, and the apparent chaos of nature.
In a cocktail masterclass earlier this week and hosted by Bombay Brand Ambassador, Loy Cotada, Master the art of gin, guests were shown the step by step process of how to create several refreshing gin cocktails.
In an immersive session, Cotada explained the origins and ingredients from around the world that come together to produce the recently released Bombay Bramble Gin.
Running through until Sunday, 15 November, the installation has taken over The Clock’s garden space and is playing host to live performances with exclusive Bombay Sapphire cocktails on the menu. An immersive experience that is not to be missed.
