Crown Sydney, the new world-class dining and bar precinct is now taking booking for its fourteen restaurants and bars boasting breathtaking views of Sydney Harbour.

The much-anticipated development threw open its doors on 28 December 2020 after four years of construction. Sydneysiders can now experience Crown Towers' luxury and its enviable fine dining and signature restaurants and luxury bars including a’Mare, Nobu, Woodcut and Yoshii’s Omakase.

Woodcut, designed and curated by an award-winning couple, Chef Ross Lusted, and Sunny Lusted offers a unique dining experience inspired by cooking on an open fire. It emphasises premium Australian produce prepared using wood, charcoal and steam to create earthy flavours.

A’Mare is the Italian contribution by Alessandro Pavoni of Ormeggio at the Spit. Pavoni created a’Mare inspired by the nostalgic romance of dining out. Pavoni says they want to create a place where the maitre-d knows your name.

Crown staple Nobu celebrates the contemporary Japanese fusion cuisine by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Chef Nobu says he looks forward to bringing his signature world-renowned cuisine to one of his favourite cities.

For an exclusive experience, well-known Sydney food scene stalwart, leading sushi master Chef Ryuichi Yoshi will host a dining experience at Nobu called Yoshi's Omakase catering for just twelve guests. With over 38 years of experience both in Australia and Japan, Yoshii creates unforgettable dishes particularly with his much-loved seafood.

The resident Chinese restaurant, Silks showcases a range of cuisine from various regions in China while offering unique and intimate dining experiences including a Mongolian tent for up to 12 people or a special chef-curated set weekday lunch menu for $88 per person.

For sophisticated lounge bars, Teahouse is the place. Mark Holmes, executive general manager said it aims to be a unique and sensory experience where traditional Chinese teahouse meets luxe lounge bar, meets Alice in Wonderland, where guests can return time and again.

The new Crown Sydney would not be complete without a luxurious bar that rivals the best in the world. The Waiting Room (TWR) is the glamourous hotel-lobby bar that takes opulence to another level. With its unparalleled views, it is worth more than a martini or two to spend a few heavenly hours.  

"We have amazing bars and restaurants that will make this an incredible destination for Sydney. We are excited to open the doors and let Sydney experience it,” said Crown Sydney’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Crinis.

Crown Sydney also recently announced the appointment of celebrated Sydney chef Guillaume Brahimi as its Culinary Ambassador.

Brahimi is thrilled with this key advisory role with Crown.

"Sydney is my hometown, and I'm so passionate about it, the local food scene and about Sydneysiders. I'm thrilled to join the team and help promote this great city and the incredible line up of chefs Crown Sydney has assembled to the rest of Australia and to the world,”Brahimi said.
