Curatif, Qantas, and Four Pillars Gin have collaborated on a new limited-edition RTD cocktail: the Aviation Spritz. Made by Curatif using Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin and Regal Rogue Daring Dry, the new release is a fresh and lightly floral gin spritz with big citrus notes, a savoury edge, and a sweet violet finish.

The release marks a continuation of the ongoing relationship between Four Pillars and Qantas, with Rare Dry Gin now available inflight in all Qantas International Business and First Cabins, in addition to Four Pillars’ pre-existing availability in all International First Lounges.

The release also trails shortly behind Curatif being awarded the prestigious IWSC 2024 RTD Producer Trophy for the third consecutive year.

“We've won three, and there's only a couple of businesses that have won three. Four Pillars is another,” Curatif Co-Founder Matt Sanger told Drinks Trade.

“Look at what Four Pillars have done for craft gin; very much a similar story around authenticity, [and a] focus on craft.”

The Aviation Spritz is now available in a 200ml can format on all Qantas International flights originating from Australian airports.

“We love collaborating with Qantas and Four Pillars,” said Matt Sanger.

“I personally cannot wait to be onboard enjoying an Aviation Spritz (or two) very soon.”
