As an experienced and creative digital marketer, you will have run successful, integrated multi-channel digital campaigns for a wine, alcohol or lifestyle brand. Ideally, you will have had experience managing major digital projects, such as building new e-commerce websites or managing the implementation of a new CRM or marketing automation system.
You will have managed multiple social channels growing an active and engaged community through creative and highly engaging branded content and clever acquisition campaigns. The role will also develop and manage the monthly integrated digital marketing calendar and work with partners across different functions to ensure Taylors delivers a consistent and integrated branded experience and messaging across all platforms and mediums.
The Digital Marketing Manager will own the relationship with Taylors' online agency and will work closely with the company's Media Planning and Advertising agencies. In addition, you will have developed marketing plans to acquire new members, drive traffic and increase online conversions through the Taylors website, including SEO/SEM/Display/Affiliate and other programs.

• 5+ years Online Marketing Experience in a similar role
• Google Analytics

Knowledge and Skills:
• Good Knowledge of leading Social Media platforms
• Knowledge of Email Marketing, Marketing Automation and CRM systems
• Strong Wine Knowledge
• Highly Developed Analytical Skills
