NSW Central Coast gin producer Distillery Botanica has unveiled its Christmas gin for 2024.

Named We Three Kings, the new release incorporates the flavours of traditional Christmas pudding, aromatics frankincense and myrrh, and edible gold flakes, resulting in a decadent and luxurious traditional Christmas affair.

Distillery Botanica recommends using its latest limited edition release as a way to add flair to classic Christmas cocktails. Only limited quantities of We Three Kings were made, with each priced at $99.

Additionally, Master Distiller Philip Moore has also unveiled his annual berry liqueur ahead of the summer festive period. For 2024, the liqueur champions cool climate Tasmanian Tayberries, a cross between a raspberry and blackberry originally from Scotland.

The two new releases coincide with the announcement of various new distillery experiences being offered by the Erina distillery. In addition to the gin-distilling workshops, cocktail making classes, tastings, and distillery and garden tours,, Distillery Botanica is now offering G&T tasting paddles and make your own botanical vodka workshops.
