This morning, Endeavour Group has announced several changes to its Executive Leadership team including the appointment of Paul Carew as Managing Director of ALH Hotels. Paul Carew, who has more than 18 years of leadership experience in gaming and entertainment positions, will be replacing interim ALH Hotels Managing Director Paul Walton, who has led the business since Mario Volpe stood down in 2023 due to ill health.

Paul Carew will transition into the new Managing Director position in January after two and a half years in his current role as Tabcorp's Chief Operating Officer at Tabcorp. Following this, Paul Walton will return to his previous role as Managing Director of Pinnacle Drinks.

Additionally, Endeavour Group has also appointed Harinder Saluja to the newly created Chief Transformation Officer role. Joining from the NSW Government’s Process and Technology Harmonisation Program, Saluja will be in charge of leading the One Endeavour transformation program, along with upgrades of key technology systems in the business.

“Paul and Harinder bring new skills and deep experience to the executive team and will help drive the next phase of Endeavour’s success,” said outgoing CEO Steve Donohue.

“I am very pleased they have accepted these important roles with the business. I would also like to thank Paul Walton for his leadership of ALH Hotels, taking on the role in difficult circumstances and creating substantial value for the business.”

Endeavour Group has also unveiled that Chief Marketing Officer Jo Rose and Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer Ilana Stringer will be stepping down in the second quarter of 2025.

Donohue said, “Jo and Ilana have both made outstanding contributions to Endeavour, establishing strong platforms for growth and improving the performance of the business. On behalf of the entire management team, I wish them the very best for the future.”
