To celebrate Negroni Week and 100 Years of the Negroni, Four Pillars is releasing a limited range of four bottled Negronis, created using different gins from its range.
The four releases are Woodland, a herbaceous Negroni based on its Rare Dry Gin; Coastal, a vibrant and textural Negroni based on its Underground Sydney Gin; Metropolitan, based on its Spiced Negroni Gin with some roasted coffee and toasted bread flavours; and Desert, a bright, distinct Negroni based on its Bloody Shiraz Gin.
From Monday, June 24 to Sunday, June 30, the bottled Negronis will be available at four Negroni pop-ups around Australia, both over the bar to enjoy on the spot and in takeaway individual bottles or four-packs to sip at home.
The venues are:
- VIC: Garden State Hotel, Flinders Lane
- NSW: The Dolphin Hotel, Crown Street, Surry Hills
- QLD: Cru Bar + Cellar, James Street, Fortitude Valley
- WA: Tiny’s, QV1 Plaza, Perth
In Victoria, Garden State Hotel is going all out with a custom-built Negroni Shop which will be open for the duration of Negroni Week and will offer the bottle Negronis, Spiced Negroni Gin, Negroni t-shirts and Breakfast Negroni Marmalade.
The bottled Negronis will also be available from the Four Pillars Distillery in Healesville and on the Four Pillars website from Tuesday, June 25.
The Negronis have been created by Four Pillars Creative Director of Drinks, James Irvine. A single 200mL Negroni is RRP $28 and the 4x200ml four-pack is RRP $100.
During Negroni Week, one dollar from every Negroni and Negroni four-pack sold at the Four Pillars distillery and from the Four Pillars website will go to OzHarvest. Partnering venues will be supporting charities of their choice.
