A panel of international experts were looking for the best in printing, design and packaging at this year's World Label Awards.
“We are always looking for that extra mile as far as quality goes,” said Chairman of the international judging panel, Tony White.
The label was developed through multiple trials over a two year period in order to create a unique and non-traditional design. Handpicked wanted a design that reflected the quality of the regions used to produce each of the wines in its Regional Selections range.
Designed in partnership with Selections Labels in Melbourne and printed at Studio Labels in Adelaide, the final design was chosen to feature the brand's trademark 'Handpicked hand' and a pattern representing the Australian landscape, as well as premium assets including gold foiling and embossing.
The label is now set to appear in Chicago this September at the Best of the Best exhibition.
