Hellfire Bluff Distillery is set to launch alcohol-free, distilled-botanical beverage, Inspirit.
Inspired by the sober curious movement and driven to bring a sophisticated Tasmanian offering to empower customer’s drinking choices, Inspirit is a juniper-led drink, based on Hellfire’s traditional London Dry Gin recipe but with the inclusion of premium Tasmanian blackcurrant and without alcohol used in the distillation process.
“We love crafting innovative products as is evident in our signature potato vodka which is one of the very few of its kind made in Australia. We have been passionate about developing Inspirit for some time and are excited to now launch this innovative Tassie product to the growing base of consumers that are looking for premium alcohol-free alternatives”, said Hellfire Bluff Business Manager Ruby Daly.
“This project has been created with the same love that goes into all our product development. We believe in 'Inspirit' standing alongside our craft offerings and we are dedicated to delivering a premium, thoughtful, sophisticated, upscale no-alcohol option to customers as part of our premium range."
With the primary focus around crafting a product with great flavour, Hellfire worked closely with consultants MacTavish-West who previously developed the range of Hellfire Bluff Distillery gins. Lead Consultant Dr. Hazel MacTavish-West has substantial scientific and commercial expertise, with a diverse background covering plant, food, and sensory science, as well as a PhD in plant biochemistry and physiology pertaining to flavour/fragrance production (from UTAS).
The product will be available online and in select retailers throughout New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania.
