Innocent Bystander has just unveiled its new home, opening in Yarra Valley’s Healesville.
Previously White Rabbit Brewery, the interiors of Innocent Bystander Headquarters have been completely re-designed. The space features polished concrete floors and natural timber finishes, complemented by elegant lighting.
The hero piece is the venue’s 15 metre stone bar with unique copper wine taps.
Mat Janes, Head of Innocent Bystander, said “Innocent Bystander loves to deliver memorable wine and food experiences, and our intention is for our new Headquarters is to do exactly this, in a friendly and inspiring environment.
“Our draught taps allow people to enjoy a glass of wine, or share one of our famous carafes.”
The venue has made a point to source and serve local produce. On offer are meats from local butcher Beef Joint, beads from Burnham Beeches, beers from Hargreaves Hill Brewery and gin from Four Pillars.
Further supporting local businesses, the venue has also used the services of Yarra Valley locals Yuncken Sheet Metal, Healesville Garden Supplies and Green Printing.
Describing the new venue and menu, Janes said, “There are areas to taste and talk about wine, there are areas just to sit back and enjoy a drink. We have a brilliant menu, designed to share, featuring awesome pizzas from our new Marana Forni oven, paella, imaginative desserts, great coffee and most of all, an incredible new home for people to get together with friends,”
Innocent Bystander Headquarters is now open to the public, located at 334 Maroondah Hwy, Healesville, Victoria.
