Meaning ‘take me to heaven’ in Italian, marrying Baileys Irish Cream with the flavours of a traditional Italian tiramisu couldn’t be more appropriate.

This new launch offers a delightful and innovative way to savour this iconic treat in liquid form.

Expect flavours of mascarpone intertwined with the richness of espresso; all finished with hints of chocolate in a glass.

Diageo has introduced Baileys Tiramisu just in time for the festive and gifting season.

To celebrate the launch, Baileys has announced its partnership with Sydney Italian restaurant Matteo, with a tiramisu-infused menu inspired by the new liqueur.

From now until the end of December, diners at Matteo Downtown and Double Bay can enjoy the Baileys Tira-Martini Cocktail and the Baileys Tiramisu Delice and Tiramisu Cake.

The collaboration brings together Matteo’s craft of Italian culinary tradition and the rich, creamy essence of Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur.
