Jenna Hemsworth is taking the helm as Venue Manager at Sydney's highest bar, Bar 83.
Opening on Friday, September 25, Bar 83 is located on Level 3 of the iconic Sydney Tower, 245 metres and 83 floors above street level.
Named Australian Bartender of the Year in 2018 and ranked Top 16 in the Bacardi Legacy Global Cocktail Competition in Amsterdam the same year, Hemsworth spent three years with the Swillhouse hospitality group curating cocktail lists and beverage offerings at their stable of renowned Sydney venues, including The Baxter Inn and Restaurant Hubert.
Taking on a culinary approach, Jenna’s cocktail list for Bar 83 will champion Australia’s seasonal produce and ingredients with international influences. Think impeccable classics that are simple, minimalistic, and modern in aesthetic, but bold and innovative in technique and flavour.

Designed by renowned Sydney studio, Loopcreative, the striking décor, with subtle hints of retro nostalgia and spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows, affords sky-high revellers a 260-degree view of Sydney's glittering cityscape.
