John Chapman joins McWilliam's Wines Group

McWilliam's Wines Group has announced two key changes to its Independent Team - a new Head of Independents and a National Business Manager.   

John Chapman has been appointed to the role of Head of Independents. John has 20 years of sales experience with multinational FMCG and liquor businesses, most recently as National Business Manager with Taylors Wines. John will start in his new role on April 26 and be accountable for Independent profitability, with the National and State Key Account team, Field Team & Outbound Contact Centre all reporting to him. He will be based in the Sydney office.

Nadia Bolzon has also been appointed to the Independent Team as National Business Manager – Independent Accounts. Nadia joined McWilliams six months ago from Brown-Forman, where she delivered strong growth of Premium Alcohol brands for the Travel Retail channel across Australia. Nadia commenced her new role on March 13, replacing Tracey Stewart, and is accountable for National & State Key Account profitability.
