WSET® Level 3 Award in Sake courses will be held in Sydney and Melbourne this year and are a must for anyone wanting to develop their expertise in the famed ancient beverage.
This intensive course will equip students with a detailed understanding of Sake production methods as they affect the style, quality, and price of the final product.
Delivered in an interactive, hands-on style, the course is designed to show how a humble grain of rice can be transformed into a rich and diverse range of Sake styles.
The course is led by certified Sake specialist Yukino Ochiai, who is only the third Australian and first-ever female in Australia to be honoured with the prestigious title of ‘Sake Samurai’.
