One of the battles to watch is the competition between two of the milestone hotel group bartenders, Shondelle O'Connor from Kingswood and Carissa Hutton from Dubbo!
Many of the hotel groups are also in the running for the top prize, including ALH, BBMG, Raiders Group and Gallagher Hotels.
