Think Spirits has announced the addition of Malfy Gin to their distribution portfolio.

Managing Director of Think Spirits, Patrick Borg, said of the addition, “We are honoured to introduce Biggar & Leith’s first innovative brand, Malfy Gin, into the Australian market. Malfy is in my opinion one of the most interesting gin brands to hit our shores and I have full confidence in this brand’s success.”

Malfy Gin is distilled in the town of Moncalieri, Italy, carrying the Gin di Qualità Distillato in Italia (GDQI) designation for its tradition and quality.

The process of distilling famous Amalfi coast lemon peel with juniper, coriander and five other botanicals in a low temperature vacuum still creates the signature zingy and complex gin. Complimented by the trademark bottle with sea-blue label, representing the Mediterranean, and Italian oak stopper, Malfy Gin is a refreshing twist on a traditional gin.

"It wasn’t until we tasted the Vergnano family’s Malfy GQDI that we knew we had found a gin that represented the literal distillation of Italian quality, culture and craftsmanship”, said Elwyn Gladstone, founder of Biggar & Leith.

Malfy Gin is available in 700ml bottles at 41%ABV, RRP $64.95.
