G.H.Mumm, Australia’s #1 selling champagne*, today celebrated the Lexus Melbourne Cup at The Commons at Ormond Collective, St Kilda inviting friends to raise a glass of Champagne to welcome back the nation’s most iconic event and show their support for hospitality venues across Australia.
Guests including Mumm ambassador Montana Cox (pictured), Elliot Garnaut, Rozalia and Nick Russian, and Lewis Romano arrived in style to Melbourne’s largest garden venue.
For those celebrating Melbourne Cup away from the track The Commons was the place to be as the city’s who’s who enjoyed a lively and joyous afternoon of entertainment on a scale that is sure to be remembered for years to come.
This year the avant-garde Champagne Maison focused on supporting Australian hospitality with premium on-premise events in venues across Australia, encouraging everyone to raise a glass of Mumm and embrace the spirit of celebration wherever they are.
As the official Champagne of the Melbourne Cup Carnival for the past 12 years, G.H.Mumm also set up trackside with the Victorian Racing Club, hosting customers for private dining within the Wildflower precinct, as well as welcoming VRC members back to the G.H. Mumm Champagne Bar located in the Club Stand.
Mumm marked the start of the Spring Racing Season in spectacular fashion las week returning to Flemington and partnering with venues across the country to welcome guests back to the nation’s most celebrated event.
