Moët Hennessy Australia New Zealand has appointed Nausicaa Charrier as the new Marketing and Communication Director of Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand. Charrier will be stepping into the new role after fourteen years with the LVMH Group, including the last three years as Marketing and Communication Director of Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to this, Charrier spent three years as Belvedere’s Global Marketing Director where she successfully led the brand’s reset, renovating its visual identity and establishing new strong brand coding.

“I am excited to join Moët Hennessy Australia New Zealand and deeply honoured to lead such an exceptional portfolio of iconic brands,” said Charrier.

“I look forward to working alongside the talented team to enhance our brands’ desirability by building meaningful connections and memorable experiences for both our consumers and partners.”

Nausicaa Charrier will be fulfilling the role of Marketing & Consumer Engagement Director previously held by Julien Marteau, who transitioned from Accolade into Moët Hennessy in May 2023 prior to moving into liquor and luxury business consultancy in September this year.

In her new role, Charrier will be responsible for overseeing all 18 marketing strategies for Moët Hennessy’s Australia and New Zealand portfolio, which includes global brands such as Moët & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot, Dom Pérignon, Hennessy, Krug and Glenmorangie, and locally crafted brands such as Chandon and Cloudy Bay.

“We are thrilled to have Nausicaa join our team,” said Ashley Powell, who was appointed Managing Director of Moët Hennessy Australia New Zealand in August last year.

“With Nausicaa at the helm, we will continue to lead our market segments, and to drive innovation and creativity in the region. Nausicaa’s extensive experience across multiple markets and Maisons will be invaluable as we continue to grow our brands, delight our consumers and drive value for our business and partners.”
