Moët & Chandon's Effervescence returns again to Sydney Harbour from Thursday, 1 December when the global festival kicks off in Sydney for guests and Friends of the Champagne House with a grand activation at Mrs Macquarie’s Chair.

Over three days, guests are invited into the captivating world of Moët & Chandon, where a spectacular architectural exterior adorned with classic gold arches lies a multi-level activation with an exciting array of festivities and retail experiences.

With a Moët Mini in hand, guests will have the opportunity to explore the world of Moët & Chandon Effervescence, entering through the Eternal Effervescence room, exploring the Cellars of Moët and encountering a giant gold bubble – symbolizing the essence of Effervescence – before travelling up a giant golden staircase to the upper floor.

An exciting array of day and evening champagne experiences are available to choose from, with details and bookings at https://shop-au.moet.com/pages/moet-effervescence.

A distinctive moment in each of Moët & Chandon’s celebration events is the toasting to a worthy cause, and this year is no exception.

Perpetuating a tradition that is core to the greatness and generosity of the House, Moët & Chandon invites all those attending its Effervescence events around the world to raise a champagne glass and join in its charitable initiative of “Toast for a Cause.”  In 2022, Moët & Chandon will once again partner with The Sapphire Project, supporting the critically underfunded area of marine conservation, with a toast dedicated to the preservation of biodiversity of our oceans in Australia and beyond.

Says Regis Dupuis, Managing Director of Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand, “We’re delighted that Sydney will once again lead Moët & Chandon’s global celebration of Effervescence and thrilled to ignite the festive season here in Australia. We look forward to bringing people together around the cork-popping sound and joyful savoir-fête of Moët & Chandon.”
