The appointed Board Directors will step into their new roles for the 2015-2016 year, working alongside Tony D’Aloisio AM (pictured above), who will continue to stand as President of the Federation.

Commenting on the appointment of the new Board, Mr. D’Aloisio said the focus for WFA Directors in the year ahead will be the Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) rebate.
“The Federation has been relentless in its work with Government this year to help us market Australian wine to the world so we can grow market share and reform the Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) rebate so it can continue to support our wine communities,” Mr. D’Aloisio said.
“We have more work to do and the Federation Board in 2015-16 will continue to press the case with Government to achieve the best possible outcomes and industry conditions that aim to serve our industry and its people in the coming years.”
The AGM also included the appointment of new members to the WFA’s three committees.
