Voss Water of Norway is a 16 year-old Artesian Bottled Water Company headquartered in New York City. Voss water, bottled and imported from Norway, is coveted for its taste, purity and sleek packaging and has set a new standard for the bottled water market. Voss Water has been available in Australia since 2006 and is a focus market for VOSS internationally.

Sales have grown and the brand’s national and international footprint continues to expand. The brand’s momentum has necessitated the addition of a focused role that can continue to grow the brand in the Australian market. The VOSS environment is fast-paced and entrepreneurial, and the current senior management team is drawn from various high qualities, North American beverage organizations.

We are currently seeking an experienced National Sales Manager who is Melbourne based to drive Grocery sales and the On-The-Go independent channels via the successful Australian distributor.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong strategic planning/management skills and have experience growing customer channels with national and key accounts. You will be someone who thrives on making a contribution and can work autonomously on the road, reporting to the Market Director in Sydney and the President of International Markets in Norway.

You will have at least 5 years knowledge in Beverage Sales.

Key Goals:

You will be responsible for developing and expanding VOSS Water’s strategic account platform, predominantly in the grocery and on the go channels, in line with the company’s priorities and targets.

You will take charge of the National Sales Channel plans, working closely with key buyers to secure sales growth in Grocery and OTG. You will be required to travel nationally, and on occasion globally for company gatherings. VOSS is headquartered in New York.

What We Seek:

Ideally you will have five years beverage industry experience, be autonomous, a self-starter and results focused, demonstrating excellent influencing skills, a team player.
