The NFS Social combines social entrepreneurship, diversity, experience and expertise to create the ‘Social’ - an intimate and unique fundraising experience (www.notforsalesocial.org).
Not For Sale Australia is an organisation that aims to engage both businesses and the government to educate and empower people in the combat against modern-day slavery.
Grégoire Bertaud, owner and Managing Director of Noble Spirits said: “We are proud to partner with Not For Sale Australia which fights for a fair cause.
“I deeply believe that every person in the world should be treated equally and receive fair wages for their work. It is upsetting to see that modern day slavery does still exist and we should all fight against it. I hope that one day all businesses will work ethically and sustainably”.
Noble Spirits reinvests profit into development programs in the developing world and it is the company’s aim to guide consumers towards choosing brands with a positive environmental impact.
The ‘NFS Social’ featured live music, art and an eclectic space for intentional networking with a select group of Sydney-based influencers including musicians, athletes, business leaders, social entrepreneurs, activists, key media representatives and creative with Mary Appiah - a Fairtrade cocoa farmer from Ghana as the keynote speaker.
An exclusive FAIR cocktail menu, including the FAIR Espresso Martini and the Goji Fizz, was served on the night using the FAIR Spirits products; the first brand of spirits resulting from Fairtrade production.
