The fourth instalment of Future Proof, a bi-annual forum presented by Paramount Liquor, is set to take place in the wholesaler’s hometown of Melbourne next month on 2 July.
Similar to past editions, attendees should expect Future Proof Melbourne to specifically cater to hospitality professionals, offering a combination of enriched conversations, liquor industry insights, and networking opportunities both with suppliers and fellow hospitality trade.
“We have delivered this successful program to the industry in Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide - it is now time for a uniquely Melbourne version,” said Nathan Rowe, Paramount Liquor’s CEO.
The forum will take place between 6pm and 10pm at The Timber Yard, Port Melbourne. While free to attend, registrations are essential.

The event will feature three panels hosted by industry leader Sam Bygrave.
The first panel, Future Proof Your Brand, will see Bygrave joined by General Manager of the Mucho Group Daisy Tulley, Starward Whisky’s Founder David Vitale, and Co-Founder of AKIN Hospitality & Director House of Airlie Public Relations Stephanie Airlie.
The second panel will follow the theme of Future Proof Our Industry and will feature award winning The Gresham bartender Millie Tang, Maybe Sammy’s Venue Manager and Head of People & Culture at the Sammy Group Sarah Proietti, and House of Pocket’s CEO & VP at YCK Laneways Karl Schlothauer.
The final panel will be centred around Future Proof Adelaide and will seeFounder & Managing Director of the Atlantic Group Hatem Saleh, owner of award winning bar Caretaker's Cottage Matthew Stirling, and respected food communicator Dani Valent explore the emerging trends, challenges and innovations shaping Melbourne’s hospitality industry today.
The event will also see one attendee receive a Luxury Escapes travel voucher worth $5,000.
