Proof & Company add The Everleigh Bottling Co. to expanding portfolio

Bottling cocktails since 2015, Melbourne-based The Everleigh Bottling Co. joins Proof & Company’s growing lineup of independent spirit brands.

Michael and Zara Madrusan, The Everleigh Bottling Co. founders, are long-standing members of the hospitality industry in Melbourne and pioneered the now-popular bottled cocktail.

The Everleigh Bottling Co. is part of the Made in the Shade group incorporating several Melbourne-based venues and brands, all owned and operated by the Madrusans. The Everleigh Bottling Co. inherits its name, recipes and ethos from Made in the Shade’s flagship cocktail bar, The Everleigh in Fitzroy.

The Everleigh Bottling Co. will join Proof & Company’s diverse portfolio of premium products, including Plantation Rum, Never Never Distilling Co Gin, Sullivans Cove Whisky, Mancino Vermouth, Arquitecto Tequila and Widges Gin.
