Using Rekorderlig’s fastest selling flavours – Strawberry-Lime, Wild Berries and Passionfruit, the ciders are used to top up classic short cocktails, like Daiquiris, Margaritas or Gimlets, making them into refreshing long drinks.
Joel Persson also showcased how simple punches made to share could be made with the ciders, through to more complex recipes created by some of the most talented bartenders around the world, using spices and chilli.
The innovative range and cider-cocktail masterclass also involved some twists on traditional cider serves, matching Rekorderlig Pear Cider with whisky, for example.
According to Joel, as the cider category continues to grow in Australia, he expects that we will see brands becoming even more creative with flavours, serves and cocktails.

In Australia flavours Strawberry-Lime, Apple-Guava, Passion-fruit, Pear, Wild Berries, Mango-Raspberry, Apple & Blackcurrant, Apple, Orange-Ginger and Winter are available in a new, 330ml bottles.
