Liquor & Gaming NSW has issued a statement to remind licensees that the annual fee for liquor licences is due by next Monday, 25 July. The office has said that it will cancel licences if the fee has not been paid by the due date.

A late payment fee of $100 is also payable for licences that have not yet been paid in full.

You can pay the fee online here or by BPAY, credit card, cheque or cash in person at a Service NSW centre. Alternatively, cheques or money orders can be sent to Liquor & Gaming NSW.

In the event that you miss the payment and your licence is cancelled, the office is giving licensees the option to reinstate their liquor licence between 26 July-19 September. However, an additional $250 fee will apply to the reinstatement application.
