Renmark’s 23^rd St. Distillery introduces three new spirits

Award-winning Twenty Third Street Distillery has launched three new spirits - Pomegranate Vodka, Tropical Gin, and Quattro Juniper Gin. 

Named Australian Distillery of the Year at the 2022 New York International Spirits Competition, the South Australian distillery is named for its location on the corner of Twenty Third Street & Renmark Avenue in Renmark, South Australia. It defines itself through the use of quality Australian ingredients and innovative craftsmanship.

Its new Tropical Gin showcases flavours of Australian-grown mango, pineapple, passionfruit and finger lime, while its juniper-led Quattro Gin uses Australian wild juniper, Bulgarian blue juniper, Macedonian wild juniper, and Bulgarian red juniper, extracted across four tailored methods and lifted with local citrus and seven aromatics including local coriander and ginkgo leaf.

Twenty Third Street’s Pomegranate Vodka uses rich, earthy-sweet pomegranates grown in the distillery's orchard in Wanabi, less than 100km from its Renmark home. Agriculturalists at Pomegranates Australia harvest the pomegranates in late autumn when the fruit is at its ripest with optimum juice.

Combined with Twenty Third Street’s five-times distilled Australian vodka and a hint of raspberry and orange, a two-day maceration process locks in the bright colour and fruity sweetness. It’s a full and subtle vodka the distillery recommends for the perfect Cosmopolitan.  

Head of Marketing and Sales, Chris Illman, said the new additions to the Twenty Third Street’s Distillery family are perfect for the cocktail lover's liquor cabinet.

“There’s something for everyone in our new spirits. The Pomegranate Vodka is smooth and earthy, using fruit from our own Pomegranates Australia orchard, while our Tropical Gin is the perfect way to experience summer all year round.”
