McLaren Vale winery, Shottesbrooke Vineyards, has announced its expansion to the east coast through a partnership with Melbourne-based distributor, The Wine Company (TWC), commencing March 2, 2017.
Shottesbrooke is a second-generation wine business that produces wines from the McLaren Vale and Adelaide Hills regions, with an ethos for creating outstanding wines that are approachable, drinkable and regionally identifiable. Also known for its recently renovated state-of-the-art winery complex, Shottesbrooke combines new technology with traditional techniques to ensure its ability to meet market demand well into the future.
General Manager and Winemaker at Shottesbrooke, Hamish Maguire, said the company approached TWC after seeking a strong east coast distribution partner for some time.
Of the new partnership, Maguire said, “After many years of building our portfolio, we are very excited that our brand is now being represented by such an experienced and professional sales force with an outstanding track-record on the east coast of Australia.
