Previously available as a single, 200ml serve, the new bottle is 300ml larger, designed to be shared as a cocktail.
The 500ml is hoped to also provide the on-premise with a serve that can be used to create cocktail carafes or jugs this summer, served over ice with a slice of lime or lemon and a sprig of fresh mint.
Timed with the launch of the new format size, SOFI is also releasing a second recipe – Lemon & Elderflower. Like the original flavour (fresh blood orange, with riesling, sparkling water and a dash of bitters), the new flavour - also using riesling and soda - is bitter-sweet, crisp and refreshing.
The new SOFI bottle size and flavour are both available from ALM and NILWA.
