Aperol, Maybe Sammy and the Empire Lounge have joined forces for one of the best Sydney summer Sunday sessions ever.

Every Sunday until 24 April, there are Aperol spritzes being rolled out non-stop at Case Aperol where the drinks are designed by Maybe Sammy and a menu designed by Empire Lounge’s Faheem Noor.

Paolo Marinoni, Marketing Director for Aperol, said: “We are proud to launch the unveiling of this exciting one-of-a-kind waterfront pop-up. Connecting with others over a refreshing drink is at the heart of aperitivo culture, one that Aperol has been synonymous with for more than 100 years. Salute and welcome to Casa Aperol by Maybe Sammy at the Empire Lounge!”

Drinks Trade had the chance to sample the Sunset Tommy cocktail as well as the tried, true and trusted Aperol Spritz. The cocktails are works of art and made for Instagram. As is the setting and the amazing menu including the excellent lobster roll and oysters with yuzu honey.

Sit, sip, dance or fly on the Aperol seaplane, while the award winning bartending team from Maybe Sammy host the Sunday afternoon event making it an unforgettable experience with dancing, live music and a top shelf crowd. Guests also have the chance to win a seaplane flight over Sydney Harbour.

Stefano Catino from Maybe Sammy’s Bar in Sydney said: “At Maybe Sammy we enjoy a full-flavoured approach to life. Our passion is for drinks, music, and people who like to take it easy from time to time.

“There is no better way to welcome summer and the new year than the launch of Casa Aperol by Maybe Sammy and celebrate Australians' favourite orange drink with their favourite bartenders in pink.”
