The Classic Cocktail Book Club founded in 2014 by Michael and Zara Madrusan of The Everleigh is making a return launching with an event in the Elk Room on Tuesday evening.

The intimate and unique event hosted in the Elk Room had a loyal and dedicated following when monthly sessions were run through 2014 and 2015. On Tuesday, the delayed celebration of The Everleigh’s 10th year (now 11!), the stories and drinks of a time gone by are coming back to life again.

On Tuesday, 27 September The Everleigh’s very own Venue Manager, Katya Owens will lead the discussion on the people, events and drinks exploring a moment in time from 1892 as depicted by William Schmidt in his book “The Flowing Bowl — What and When to Drink”.

The discussion will be accompanied by five favourite cocktails from the book served throughout the evening.

Bombay Sapphire's Brand Ambassador Corina Retter said: “We are proud to support this monthly initiative, sharing cocktail knowledge with industry leaders along with the next generation of bartenders. I look forward to a night where knowledge and debauchery combine.”

Tickets are $65 and include five cocktails and light snacks. Secure your spot HERE.
