The Spey Cascade, crafted in the brand’s Speyside distillery in Dufftown, is the third instalment to The Singleton range and utilises a slower than usual production process, allowing for a lower temperature and more interaction with copper stills.
With the release, The Singleton aims to inspire a new generation of whisky drinkers and provide an entry-level take on a traditionally complex category.
The approachable single malt was created by Diageo Master Blender, Dr. Matthew Crow, who comments: “Spey Cascade is a finely crafted single malt with a delicious flavour profile designed to recruit new consumers to the single malts category – I am immensely proud.”
The Singleton Spey Cascade is distributed by Diageo Australia and will be available nationwide. RRP $65.00.
